Januar hat Venezuela wieder ins Rampenlicht ger\u00fcckt. Seit vielen Jahren war die bolivarische Revolution eine Inspirationsquelle f\u00fcr Millionen von Arbeitern, Bauern und Jugendlichen in Lateinamerika und dar\u00fcber hinaus. Hugo Ch\u00e1vez war eine herausragende revolution\u00e4re Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, die den \u00d6lreichtum des Landes nutzen wollte, um die Lebensbedingungen der einfachen Venezolaner zu verbessern, und kam zu dem Schluss, dass dies nur durch eine Hinwendung zum Sozialismus erreicht werden k\u00f6nne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ch\u00e1vez und seine Bewegung sahen sich dem Zorn der kapitalistischen Oligarchie und des Imperialismus ausgesetzt. Sie organisierten einen Milit\u00e4rputsch im April 2002, einen zweimonatigen nationalen Lockout und Sabotageakte gegen die \u00d6lindustrie, um die Revolution zu zerschlagen. Immer wieder wurden sie durch die direkte Beteiligung der Massen durch Massendemonstrationen, revolution\u00e4re Organisation, Fabrikbesetzungen und Arbeiterkontrolle besiegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doch die venezolanische Revolution wurde nie vollendet. Letztendlich wurden die Errungenschaften unter der F\u00fchrung von Nicolas Maduro verspielt und verraten. In diesem Vortrag von Jorge Martin (f\u00fchrendes Mitglied der Revolution\u00e4ren Kommunistischen Internationalen) werden wir eine vollst\u00e4ndige Bilanz der Bolivarischen Revolution, die Rolle von Hugo Ch\u00e1vez, die M\u00e4ngel des Prozesses und dessen Ende sowie die Beteiligung der Internationalen Marxistischen Tendenz (jetzt RCI) diskutieren.
